I had a pleasant stay at this hotel located in the vibrant Pham Ngu Lau area. The staff was accommodating, helping us with our luggage and providing great tips for exploring the city. The absence of an elevator was a bit challenging with our bags, especially since we were on the 5th floor. Overall, the value for money is excellent, especially with the clean rooms and helpful service.
